Ingredients

- 2 cups of ice cream (any flavor)
- 1 cup of crushed cornflakes

Instructions
- Scoop ice cream into balls and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, beat eggs.
- Coat each ice cream ball in flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs.
- Roll in crushed cornflakes until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry each ball for about 10-15 seconds until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately with toppings if desired.
