- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Beat eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold into the egg mixture.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Roll the cake with a clean towel and let cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Unroll the cake, spread the cream cheese filling, and top with strawberries.
- Roll the cake back up, dust with powdered sugar, and chill before serving.

- Let the cake cool slightly before rolling to prevent cracking.
- Chill the roll for at least 2 hours before serving for easier slicing.
