Ingredients

  • 1 lb of shrimp
  • 1 lb of calamari

  • 1 lb of baccalà (salted cod)
  • 1 lb of anchovies

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Soak baccalà in water for 24 hours, changing water frequently.
  2. Prepare all seafood by cleaning and deveining as necessary.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  6. Add calamari and cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Add clams and mussels, cover, and steam until they open.
  8. Add baccalà and anchovies, stir gently.
  9. Top with lemon slices and parsley, then serve.
