Ingredients

- 1 lb of shrimp
- 1 lb of calamari
- 1 lb of clams
- 1 lb of mussels
- 1 lb of baccalà (salted cod)
- 1 lb of anchovies
- 1 lb of salmon
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Soak baccalà in water for 24 hours, changing water frequently.
- Prepare all seafood by cleaning and deveining as necessary.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Add calamari and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add clams and mussels, cover, and steam until they open.
- Add baccalà and anchovies, stir gently.
- Top with lemon slices and parsley, then serve.

- Adjust the variety of fish based on availability.
- Pair with crusty bread for a complete meal.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce.
