Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb chicken fillet, sliced

  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add bell pepper and onion, sauté until tender.
  5. Stir in fajita seasoning and salsa, cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Mix in cooked pasta and cheese, stir until cheese melts.
  7. Serve hot.
