- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb chicken fillet, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add bell pepper and onion, sauté until tender.
- Stir in fajita seasoning and salsa, cook for 2 minutes.
- Mix in cooked pasta and cheese, stir until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.

- Use any type of pasta you prefer.
- Feel free to add more vegetables.
- Can substitute chicken with beef or shrimp.
