Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil sweet potatoes until tender and mash them.
  3. In a bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Mix until smooth and pour into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with mini marshmallows.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
