Ingredients

  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, ginger powder, water, and sriracha.
  3. Heat the sauce over medium heat until it thickens slightly.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
