- 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp sriracha (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, ginger powder, water, and sriracha.
- Heat the sauce over medium heat until it thickens slightly.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

- Adjust sriracha to your preferred spice level.
- Add vegetables or protein for extra nutrition.
