- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shredded chicken and steamed broccoli to the mixture. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Top with breadcrumbs for added crunch.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- You can use leftover chicken for this recipe.
