Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Scoop and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
- Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier scooping.
- For extra chocolate flavor, add chocolate syrup when serving.
