Dilly Chickpea Salad Sandwiches: 5-Minute Delight

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices whole grain bread

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork.
  2. Add mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, celery, and red onion.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture on bread slices.
  6. Top with another slice of bread.
  7. Cut in half and serve.
