Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until browned.
  2. Mix ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  5. Add half of the ricotta mixture, half of the meat mixture, and one-third of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers, ending with noodles and marinara sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

  • Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before serving.
