- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until browned.
- Mix ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Add half of the ricotta mixture, half of the meat mixture, and one-third of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers, ending with noodles and marinara sauce on top.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Notes
- Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before serving.
- You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for variation.
