- 1 cup barbecue sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add barbecue sauce, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks before serving.

- Serve with slider buns for easy sandwiches.
- Can substitute chicken with pulled pork or beef.
