- 2 lbs beef roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
Instructions
- Place the beef roast in the crockpot.
- Add beef broth, onion, and garlic.
- Add carrots and potatoes on top.
- Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred the beef before serving.
