Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
