  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced onions at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Mix garlic, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
  3. Rub the mixture over the brisket.
  4. Place the brisket on top of the onions in the crockpot.
  5. Pour beef broth over the brisket.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
  7. Remove brisket and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
