- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each pork chop in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown each pork chop for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
