Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin chips.
  2. Soak the chips in cold water for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
  3. Toss the chips with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
  5. Place the chips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  7. Serve hot.
