Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin chips.
- Soak the chips in cold water for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
- Toss the chips with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Place the chips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of chips.
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
