Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, celery, and carrots. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add garlic and thyme. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in seafood stock and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add shrimp and crab meat. Cook until shrimp are pink.
  6. Stir in heavy cream. Heat through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.
