Ingredients

- 2 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, celery, and carrots. Sauté until soft.
- Add garlic and thyme. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in seafood stock and bring to a simmer.
- Add shrimp and crab meat. Cook until shrimp are pink.
- Stir in heavy cream. Heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
