Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.
- Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Mix until cheese melts.
- Toss in the cooked fettuccine and mix to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
