Ingredients

- 2 lobsters, cooked and chopped
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add tomato paste, lobster, and paprika. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the brandy and let it simmer for 1 minute.
- Add the seafood stock and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat gently without boiling.
- Serve warm, garnished with chives.

- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Can be made a day ahead and reheated.
