Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pan, forming a round omelette.
  5. Cook until the edges are firm and the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove from the pan and serve hot.
