- 1 cup crab meat
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Add crab meat, bean sprouts, green onions, bell pepper, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour the mixture into the pan, forming a round omelette.
- Cook until the edges are firm and the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the pan and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with additional soy sauce if desired.
- Adjust vegetables based on preference.
