Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in cranberries and pecans.
  5. In another bowl, whisk cream, egg, and vanilla.
  6. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  7. Turn dough onto a floured surface and shape into a circle.
  8. Cut into wedges and place on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool before serving.
