Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken slices, cook until browned.
- Stir in Chinese broccoli, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth.
- Simmer until chicken is cooked through.
- Season with black pepper.
- Serve hot with rice.
