Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix chili powder and salt in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture onto the salmon fillets.
- Brush the salmon with olive oil.
- Grill salmon for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In a large bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, avocado, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro.
- Toss the salad gently.
- Serve the grilled salmon with the corn salad on the side.
