- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, paprika, and salt. Let it sit for at least 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until golden.
- Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add marinated chicken to the pan. Cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato puree and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Mix in heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
