Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken fillet, cubed
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, paprika, and salt for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté onions until golden.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
