Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken fillet, cubed
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, paprika, and salt for at least 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté onions until golden.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.

- Serve with rice or naan.
