  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, paprika, and salt. Let it sit for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until golden.
  3. Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add marinated chicken to the pan. Cook until browned.
  5. Stir in tomato puree and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Mix in heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
