Chicken, Spinach & Feta Wraps: 15 Minutes to Pure Joy

A delicious wrap filled with chicken, spinach, and feta cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add spinach and sauté until wilted.
  3. In a bowl, combine chicken, feta, sautéed spinach, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on each tortilla.
  5. Wrap the tortillas tightly.
  6. Slice in half and serve.

Notes

  • Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables as desired.
  • Can be served cold or warm.
