Instructions
- Pound the chicken fillets to an even thickness.
- Season flour with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip each chicken fillet in flour, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
