Ingredients

  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until golden brown.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in yogurt and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add green chilies, cashew paste, and spices.
  6. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes until chicken is tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
