Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.

- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
- Pour in beef broth and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Top chicken with Swiss cheese and cover until melted.
- Serve hot with onions and sauce over the chicken.
