Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and lemon juice for at least 1 hour.
  2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until soft.
  4. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in tomato puree and spices. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
