Ingredients

- 200g beef, thinly sliced
- 150g noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot.
