Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the almonds until finely chopped.
- Add chia seeds, dates, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Process until the mixture is sticky and holds together.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Place the energy bites on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
