Ingredients

  • 4 veggie sausages
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice the veggie sausages into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Toss the sausages, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms with olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  6. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
