- 4 harissa-spiced sausages
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp harissa paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix the sliced vegetables with olive oil, harissa paste, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the sausages and vegetables in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check if the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust harissa paste for more or less spice.
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Ensure sausages reach an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
