Ingredients

  • 4 harissa-spiced sausages
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp harissa paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the sliced vegetables with olive oil, harissa paste, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the sausages and vegetables in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Check if the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot.
