Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Season the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Spray the schnitzels with cooking spray.
  7. Place schnitzels in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
