Instructions

- Dip cauliflower florets in the batter, ensuring they are coated.
- Place the florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In another bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Toss the cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Return the coated cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
