Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  7. Place the loaf pan in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool before slicing.
