- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, combine oats, almonds, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix honey and melted coconut oil.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- Let it cool before adding dried fruits if using.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
