Instructions
- Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add sardines and cook for 2 minutes, breaking them slightly with a fork.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Layer tomato slices on the toast.
- Top with the sardine mixture.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
