- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 small tortillas
- Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions
- Season salmon with blackened seasoning on both sides.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté bell pepper and onion for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Slice salmon into strips and serve in tortillas with peppers, onions, lime, and cilantro.
